*Congratulations* !!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹Congratulations to *Shri Purushottam Yadav Ji ,President* and *Shri Virendra Yadav Ji, General Secretary* and the entire team of *All India OBC Railway Employees Federation, IR* for being elected as members of the *Central Executive Committee* for the next two years.The Central Committee was *unanimously and unopposed* elected by all members of the OBC Associations of various railways.*It was indeed an incredible performance of the current team of the federation to conduct the AGM and subsequent federation elections smoothly and unquestioningly*.The main challenge now is to formulate the , *organizational setup* of the OBC Association as a *PREM component* in all Zones of the Indian Railways and should get *all the facilities that the unions have.*One of them is that *PREM offices should be located in the same premise as the unions* and have computer with internet facilities , fax, railway and landline phone connections etc. at all divisional and zonal headquarters.Some Zonal and Divisional headquarters lack all these facilities.*Issues should be raised on a priority basis at the board level.**Unfortunately, this was not included in our agenda at the AGM*.Some *common minimum schedules of employee complaints* should also be highlighted in the Federation Forum and the Zones should be *mandated* to work on this subject at their Zonal headquarters.Zonal office bearers should hold at least one meeting in a year with the *President and the General Secretary of the Federation* at the zonal headquarters to review the progress of organizational activities.*In order to promote the activities of the OBC organization in the Indian Railways, a team of young, enthusiastic and well-versed members of organizational activities should be formed at Federation level*There are many other things, which we will discuss at the appropriate time.*Best wishes to all of you.*👍👍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻*Vidyanand Singh*zonal Spokperson cum Media prabhari WCROBCREWA, KOTA (WCR).
